The short version

This site collects only what it needs to run accounts and handle project requests: your email, an optional display name, and whatever you write in a project request. Nothing is sold. Nothing is used for advertising.

What is collected

• Account details: your email address, and a display name if you add one in Settings. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email, and profile photo with the sign-in system.
• - Project requests: the project name, type, description, budget range, and timeline you type into the form, along with the email on your account and the date sent.
• - Basic technical records: like most websites, the hosting keeps short-lived logs of visits (pages requested, browser type, time) to keep the site secure and working.

How it is used

• To sign you in and show you your own projects and their status
• - To read, reply to, and work on your project requests
• - To keep the site secure and fix problems

That is the whole list. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and it is not used to train AI models.

Who processes it

The site runs on Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, and database), so Google stores and processes the account and request data on Jacob East's behalf, under Google's own security and privacy terms. If you sign in with Google, Google's sign-in service handles that step.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not run advertising or analytics trackers. The sign-in system stores a session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in between visits. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.

How long it is kept

Account details are kept while your account exists. Project requests are kept as part of the studio's project records. You can ask for your account and requests to be deleted, see Your choices below.

Your choices

• See or correct your details: your email and display name are shown in the Settings tab of your account page, and the display name can be edited there.
• - Delete your account and data: send a request through the Let's Talk button on the home page and it will be handled, including your account, profile, and project requests, unless a record has to be kept for an active project or by law.
• - Password help: use Forgot password in the sign-in box to reset your password by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and adult clients. It is not aimed at children under 13, and accounts for children under 13 are not accepted.

Changes and contact

This policy can be updated. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top.
